Message	biggest thing is ensuring you don't have water/oil soaked in the concrete floor. I think some of the kits offered come with a drier of some sorts to help aid in stripping any moisture/oil out of the slab. I used a kit from Home Depot. I can't recall the name of the product but I did find it at Home Depot
